I'm in, haven't taken part in a simply Maya challenge in quite a while, I'm going for a character model, somewhere along the lines of the style from steam boy the anise

as mike says, the torso is way long unless you're going for a stylised super long skate style dress sense user added image

I've Shorten the Torso a tad, its funny how these things slip your mind when your working on it, i really didn't notice till i went back and took a look, the character was starting to resemble stretch armstrong lol

Anyway another quick update, obviously everything is still very rough and low poly, I like to finish things in low poly first, saves having to UV twice (once is bad enough)

the arms look a little short and the hands seem to be almost as long as the arms,are you using references?
