Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

What happened to my inputs?

You know when you create an object (Maya7.0.1 is pops up in the middle of the grid, and you generally immediately go to the Channel Box and input the height, width, depth and amount of subdivisions for each? yyeeaaahhh....INPUTS are now gone. here is what i have now

Is it like that if you click the pcubeshape name?

You most likely deleted the history , if you perform an action on the cube does imputs come back ? it should , try using the split polygon tool or extruding.

click on the big "red X" to toggle history back on.

the icon before the render window icon on the top of the screenshot.

to the other guys, thanks but i tried those...as far as deleting the history...it would happen as the first thing i do

to vladimirjp, thats exactly what i needed to do, thanks for the help
