Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

It's a very nice start well done.
I'm not sure the picnic tables and parasols belong though and the two benches by the trash can look out of scale compared to the containers behind and possibly the also to the gate house.
I love the crane though, btw the things that you didn't know the name of are called sacktrucks in the UK but not sure about the U.S.

Looking forward to seeing more ..spit spot .

Very Nice

Some criticism:
*The benches, the picnic tables and that sunshades (near the picnic tables and above the door) don't belong...
*The parking looks illogical - like a plastic parking yard for toy cars... (is that where you got that sketch from? user added image )

EDIT: now that I think of it the shape of the building on the right also don't belong to a factory (more like a hotel lol user added image )

Benny

those paint buckets look too small, or the wheel barrel is too big.

That wheel barrel is way too big. Imagine someone standing holding it. Their waist would be at the handles. Now imagine that person and look at the objects next to the person. They look like they could be the size of the person's feet.

Well not the scale of all the objects. Just the wheel barrel.
