hmmm...

Yup! Most definitely was. It was made by Imageworks with a team of between 400 and 500, which took 3 years to make. Maya was the backbone for the animation and modeling pipeline. Houdini for the effects pipeline. It was rendered with Pixar RenderMan and composited in in-house software Katana and Bonzai interface. user added image
