Key tools in nurbs modeling?

Hi,

never tried it seriously and wondering, what are the tools you use the most in your projects? Like, in polygon modeling, I would say the key tools are the split polygon tool, insert edgeloop tool, and the merge tool.

cheers,

gubar

those would probably be the cv or ep curve tools, birail, loft, revolve, extrude, etc.

Accept no substitutions.

what I constantly use are those (try to get it kind of sorted according to my workflow)

EP curveTool

loft, revolve
birail - somtimes surface fillet

rebuild curve/surface
attach/detach curve/surface

project curve on surface
trim surface
duplicate surface curve
loft - rebuild again until i get clean patches

insert isoparms + tweak verts by hand
i use rebuild on curves and surfaces a lot!

everything starts and ends in the right place at the right time.
