Where is that node?

I get a message all the time when opening a project of mine.

It says it failes to complete a birail surface for some reason. That's ok, but where can I find this node and delete it???

Look for it in either Outliner or HyperGraph. It'll be sitting all by itself with nothing connected to it.

i always get that problem when using the birail, no idea whats wrong with it user added image
