will you help me ?

hey will someone help me in finding a good solution/authentic procedure of hard reset. actually there's a strange problem with my HTC Inspire 4G phone and one of my friend has suggested me to perform a hard reset on it, unfortunately he is not sure about the steps user added image . does anyone here know how to hard reset HTC Inspire 4G ?

please help

I have looked in the maya help files and there is nothing about a 4G phone better luck else where?????????
