Devil's daily

so making some models for an upcoming animated short i'm doing and would like a few opinions as i go. I'm a bit faster in modeling than i remember being so a few critiques would be nice as i go through this process user added image

a little update checking to see if anyone sees any topo issues before i really start defining the shape details. head hands and feet(not shown) are all currently disconnected from body

Bit hard to tell from the cropped image but the lower body section seems too small?

so i thought i posted these earlier but i guess not so here's the lower body of the first guy as well as head shots and torso of the 2nd character. btw boobs are hard to model :/ so yea for the female one may need some help with edge flow for the body cause yea.

so i'm a little concerned about my topology here do you guys think this is fine or do i absolutely need to have the lower part of the pec lead to the shoulder like in the pic below or is it as is fine? otherwise i'm ready to move to rig this guy.
