maya in flash?

hi, anyone knows how to put maya's stuff into flash? i am making a preloader for my brother's website, basically, the cluster is gonna stay not moving, but the pointers are gonna move as the percentage goes up, and the milage and stuff will show how fast it's loading....so i want the pointers to be able to go up and down just like how the RPM goes up and down, but it's in 3D, anyone knows what i am talking about? thanks

here is an example of what i want, i made it in 2D before
