Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

Started on the skin .. still need more layers of red adn blues but it come a long way today. Once i get the tone nice i'll start to add the paint and marking....

Hey Kurt

Nice start on the texture, the bump looks about right, I hope this is going to be a nice dark grey/brown color with lots of damage on!!

Pretty much close to the skin tone for now started laying out the base color of the gear and nik naks.. will have them all layed out soon i hope there a lot of them=)

Very nice detailing here, i want to see a scene with orlando bloom riding its trunk user added image

jokes aside, it's a great model really brought to life with great texturing
