yeah the shadow is harsh atm... I am countering the shadow atm with a point light due to the directional light having to be so bright, so adjusting the point light should lighten it. I am using 3 ambient lights, 1 Direction Lights and a point light.

Steve, I see wot u mean on the edges, ive not seen it before as its the fist big render I've done, so well spotted. LOL london m8... My Doctor travels and visited Basil !!! Its still from my misses' trip to Switzerland, theres a huge space than is empty in the front of the photo so its ideal, oh unlike most of her pisctures its in focus :p

I usually keep my renders as my desktop background, so this puts it in my field of view and I can pick faults...

Its free and he goes over it well.

To do this one I am using an application called Fusion by eyeon (the creators of Vue). Its very good and the easiest one I have used yet.
