vortex fields 'sucking everything into vortex'...

Hi everyone,

I’ve got some particles swirling around in a Vortex field. It looks fine at the start but if I playback long enough, the particles will eventually shrink to a point at the centre. How can I prevent this? I’ve tried playing with all the values. My attenuation for the field is set to 0.

In the end I switched to a cylinder Volume Axis field instead and used Invert Attenuation to get what I wanted. Was just wondering if you can’t stop vortex fields from ‘sucking’ everything into the centre… (I think i saw a ****** tut by alex alverez once where he spun a galaxy around without the thing shrinking up...)

Thanks!
Lori
