Real measurements

Hey everyone.
I know, I thought I was past this forum too, haha..
Anyway, question:
I was modeling a bookshelf to be made where each unit on the grid is an inch. My bookshelf is 38" by 26.5" (H by W), but the shelves I modeled I do not know the dimensions of. And yes, I deleted history and froze transformations and centered pivot without thinking.

Any ideas on how to get the unit measurements? I am sure there is a way.
