thickness

Hello everyone,
How can you make an object thicker? When I have a NURBS Primitive Cylinder and I want to make it into a potion bottle. How can I make it have a thick border?

Greetings Brecht

Thanks

I´m afraid you have to model it, cause maya has no thickness modifier like in 3dsmax has. or you solve the problem with a shader.

everything starts and ends in the right place at the right time.

faster way to make a potion bottle would be perhaps to create a curve using ep or cv curve tool, and creating the profile for the bottle, then just clicking on revolve.

Accept no substitutions.
