I cant find any good pics, most are like the ones below. So since no one really knows what it looks like, so I decided to do my own version.
From my limited experience with Sub-Ds, what I do is switch back and forth between Polys and Sub-Ds. I use the polygon to get the main shape and the Sub-Ds for the detail like muscle tone or something.
