Hahahahaha..!!! well I'm glad Mac users are buying into Maya (for theyre macs). Hopefully A|W will re-coup all that lost r+d money/time they spent on the Mac port and make Maya 5 the most significant release yet.. give us muscle simulation and a better NLA system dammit!!

Im 26, and I own Maya 4.5 on the Mac.

No Mac should crash as much as you said it did running OS X.

NLA is "Nonlinear Animation." It's a term for what Trax does, which is let you combine snippets of animation along a timeline.

It's pretty cool, but it tends to be a tool that becomes less useful as you have more time to work on a shot, because it's kind of optimized for throwing things together quickly.

Maya 4.5 unlimited with Adobe Photoshop After Effects and Premiere all being sent In 2 weeks. Currently working with loaned Maya 4.5 Unlimited and Corell Photo-paint. age 28




oh... and not broke. lol but Injured. Maya is great when your stuck in a bed for weeks.
