collapse 2 vertices?

hi all user added image

I'm sorry but maya is too difficult for me and the online help too hard to understand for me user added image

now, I'm seeking a tool who can collapse 2 vertices.

the only tool i found is the Edit Polygons->Collapse, but i can't use it on 2 vertices!

someone knows a tool able to collapse 2 vertices together?

Do you mean merge them together? Edit Polygons > Merge Vertices. Check the options and adjust the distance slider for your situation

For example, if you select all the vertices of an object, but set the distance really low, like .003 or something, then even though ALL the vertices are selected, only the vertices that are that close together will merge.

I've got a mirroring and attaching video on my site that may help with this. Not necessarily the mirroring part, but the attaching.
