Introduction to Maya - Rendering in Arnold
This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i

Some water probz...

Hi there!
Im having some trouble following a water tutorial.
Right now I have some blobby particles flowing out of a nurbs cylinder.
However, as you may note in the picture below, the particles are "clipping" through the cylinder.
I have particle collisions enabled on the cylinder... user added image

It's very likely that they'll do that in your view panels, but that would more than likely go away, depending on your Threshold and Radius settings when you render the image.

You need to remember that how the particles look in your scene and how they look in a final render are very different...

Well...water particles, they *sometimes* clip out...but with gaseous substances they always clip!
