stuck end effector......

hi

does anyone know why an end effector would be stuck on a joint preventing me from moving it to the next joint in the chain?

effector? using IK then?
such things don't move by way of the move tool

select the effector from the hypergraph or hypershade and hit insert (if you're using a mac it's whatever key you use to change the pivot point), hold v and snap it to the required joint

that's a "Ch" pronounced as a "K"
