Using curve to control a joint

First sorry for my terrible English
I assign some curve to my model joints and create a exact hierarchy in outliner. It's worked perfectly but after some time when i rotate curve joint act weird.
For example when i rotate chest curve, chest joint not rotate but other joints rotate weird and when i open the last save, it has this issue too. Please help me. I use maya 2015 and assign curve using constraint point and orient.
