Installing CPS tool on Maya 5.0 for Mac

I downloaded the file, copied everything in the scripts directory, closed and reopened Maya and I cant get cpsSetup to work. I keep getting this message:

// Error: Cannot find procedure "cpsSetup". //

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
