texturing

Does anyone know of any good, detailed UV mapping texture tutorials?

The video tutorial Mr. Mckinely(sp?) does is nice, you should watch.

Unfortunately though, it doesn't show you how to get the initial uv map into Photoshop. which is what I'm currently seeking an answer for in the forum....
