Panel does not show. help please

If I click outside the panel the panel disappears.
It reappears if I click again in the blank panel.
Why wud that happen?
Please help..

Sounds like a video card issue. Are your drivers up to date?

upgrading drivers

How to upgrade the drivers. I have used all the CDs in the package for 8.0.

She means the drivers for your video card. Go to the website of your card manufacturer and look for driver downloads there.
