UV hi poly to lo poly attributes
Ok I have a highly detailed model and have layed out its UV...now when I transfer the UV attributes to a lo poly model...the UV's are upshit...now is this the way it should be done and the lo poly messy UV doesnt matter? need some guidance. I need to have the high detail after texturing on the lo poly...I assume I am doing this correctly? This is for a game so I need the normal maps etc etc ad nauseum....
