Arm IK problem

Rigging newbie, having issues with the right arm.
It doesnt move like the left one =(

u need pole vectors for the elbows. make a curve of some kind line them up with the elbows and move them back. Then select the curve, then the IK, and go to Constraint>polevector.

But the left arm didnt need pole vectors.
Its naturally perfect.

you always need pole vectors when making an IK rig it's essential
