nDynamics emission direction

hello. i have created an emitter, set the direction of emission x 0, y -1, z 0, but it emits in both y 1/-1. how can i configure it to emit only in y -1 direction?

Do you have the particles set to self-collide? It is possible that they are colliding with each other as they are born and shooting in the opposite direction. Just a guess.

no, self collision is off. particles are just streaming in both directions.

You have got the emitter type set to directional.....................dave

it is set to directional. the emitter is emitting not in all directions, but only in y 1/-1.

solved. speed random attribute was set too high. and that caused two streams in both directions somehow.
