Chef Ramsey tutorial

I recently downloaded a few parts of this tutorial basically just to learn how to do an ear. I couldn't stop there and have almost downloaded all of it. Can't wait to get the whole thing. Jay, you are awesome! You're very clean and deliberate and the next time I do a character model I'm going to try it this way. Thank you for this great tut and keep them coming...
