Scaling edge loop

Hello,

I need some help again. Is there an easy way to scale the selected loop inwards. I want each vertex to move along its respective edge???

I've attached an image.

Yes, try the slide edge tool. You can experiment with putting it into relative or absolute mode. I'm assuming you're working with polygons here, not NURBS.
