This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
I'm trying to render an object out that is going to be comp'ed into a live action plate. Does anyone know of a way to mark an object as a shadow mask to only the part if the poly that's in shadow renders?
If this isn't how it's done in Maya, any tips would be appreciated.
