This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Composition Software

I have rendered out a software image and 2 hardware rendered particles, i need to put them together, does anyone know of any free software which can do this for me, i dont need any high software with amazing features, just a piece of software which can do this for me, thanks.

If they are still images, you can do this in most any 2d image-editing app that supports 32 bit images. (RGB+A)

If you've rendered out moving footage, then I'm not sure about free compositing softwareuser added image

I think Mike Mckinley knows of a free dv package that might support it.

I'll see what I can find, and repost anything I finduser added image

u can download a demo of combustion, thats the only free one i can think of
