display problem

hello,
i am using a wild cat vp 970 card(p4,2.8ghz,1000 mb RAM, intel cmother board, win 2000), and i see a grid of small white dots appear in maya's open gl application in my color palette and sometimes even in my render. i have tired everything it just seem to be a fatality.... how can i fix it?

Well, I don't own a wildcat, but it sounds like the memory is going bad. I would suggest an RMA, unless you can find a solution on the web somewhere. I will keep a look out for you and post back if I find anything.
