Disney came under critique last year after they shut down Blue Sky Studios citing the impact of the pandemic on its business operations. However, the studio’s mascot, Scrat from Ice Age, lives on. Disney+ has released key art and images from Ice Age: Scrat Tales, a series of six animated shorts starring the iconic squirrel. The story centers around the ups and downs of fatherhood as Scrat and mischievous Baby Scrat bond and battle for ownership over the treasured acorn. The series comes to Disney+ on April 13th.
