Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Using Cineware to import Maya 3D Model/Animation into After Effects CS6

So I called Macon Cinema 4D today and they told me that although the newest After Effects (CS6) does not have the Live Photoshop 3D plugin any longer; the new Cineware plugin in AE CS6 allows you to upload .OBJ (or .FBX) files from Maya using Cinema 4D Lite and importing the files into After Effects CS6 as REAL 3D.... Is this true? And if so, what's the workflow after I already have my .OBJ or .FBX file? Any good tutorials?
