When I tried to download something it said, "There are to many downloads in progress". This is not proper English, the "to" has to be changed to "too" for the message to make any sense.
OH! Of course! How could I have been so dumb? I had read that sentance over and over and just couldn't make heads nor tails of it until you explained it. Thanks!

Just take it graciously. It's a little thing but there is something to be said about correct grammar and checking web copy. It could've been worse...it could've been a typographic stickler arguing over the use of hyphens, m-dashes, and n-dashes on the site.
