Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

Model Closeup

Hi everyone, took a break of maya for about six months but now back into it.
Doing a music video clip for someone with some animated characters. All i need from this one is a closeup shot. So i have only modeled what i needed. Still got some work to do, expecially round the eyes i think. Might stick a beard on him yet. Hes suppose to be a Jesus. :-) although i kinda made him look a bit old i think,
Tell me your thoughts,
Good to be back at simplymaya!

nice, apart from the eyes you'd think it was a real person at first glance.
