how to model a screw?

dos anyone know a good way to model a detaled screw?

Most intresting thing about it for me was the work flow for Maya 8.0. Makes me want to get it, but I still don't fancy it being from Autode$k. I'm still happy with my maya 6.5.

My dulcit tones definately accompany the video, did you get no soundtrack THX1138? I'm not sure what happened there.

Making the tutorial was a bit of a learning experience for me too. I use hotkeys and marking menus for pretty much everything but they don't really show the viewer where to find commands so I decided to use the dropdown menus, you'd hear me getting a bit baffled by them if the sound was working.

For some reason there was no sound when I first viewed it, and I even tested it on some other players and still no sound. So I restarted my PC and played it again and at last, there was sound. It was just my PC acting funny for some reason.
