Help to solve strange rendering problem

Hello, this is first thing I have created in 3d.
When I render I see some strange like overlays on two parts if model.
there is just one obiject in those places so I dont get why it happens.

It looks like you have possibly dupicated a part and not move it correcty, try deleting the dupicate or run the clean mesh with lamina ticked, remember to save before doing any deleting.............dave

I could be a case of lamina faces. It can happen when you accidentally extrude faces without realizing it, run a mesh cleanup.

Ok how to do this "run the clean mesh with lamina ticked" and "run a mesh cleanup" ? :O
I'm really beginner with 3d.
And no there is no dublicates :}

Mesh>Cleanup>Option Box.

To me, it really looks like you have two faces on top of each other. Even if it's a different object, if they're at the same location, the software doesn't know which one is in front of the other.

If the mesh cleanup doesn't detect any laminar faces, you could try selecting a face there, and hit delete. If there's another face underneath, you'll know that was the problem and you can start trying to clean it up manually.

Make sure non-manifold is also on, just to be safe.

Ok so I tried that option cleaning up and it didn't solve the problem, i eve tried to turn of wrist band at all and those details appears in place. My new 3d teacher doesn't know why its happening.

Now i'll try to disable each object before rendering and se to which layer/parts those could be attached.

Ok I fixed problem, it was my stupid mistake, the nurbs surfaces and faces that was disabled on all four views.

Maybe because I know more than my teacher ;D He asked my to do presentation of that clock.
But he is really great with theory though.
