thanks jay, hopping to spend a few hours on it tomorrow, was just about to start working on it and got a call from some friends. They are drunk and need me to go pick them up which means no work tonight.

So I have not had as much time as I was hoping to work on this, I just wanted to post up a little progress and see what you guys thought as far as proportions go. Want to try and fix a few things with anatomy, define a few more things like elbows, knees, calves, and ankles and then bring it into Z for a indepth touch up.
