bifrost crashes in maya 2015 and 2016 sp6

in both apps when i choose "create" (anything) from Bifrost dropdown menu it crashes the app..total crash.
bifrost is "running" in the "plugin" mngr as is Renderman ,MR and Vray 3.10 (NVIDIA CUDA 7.0 is running). I have NOT let phoenix,realflow,fumeFX,or Krakatoa plugin to start in plugin mngr
my sys is: win7 pro x64,GFX680 4G ram video,24G ram,13TB HD,i7 975x cpu..NOT oc'd,
This is preventing me from completing my course studies at school ..no one there can tell me why this is happening. any help here would be VERY helpful user added image
