3ds Import Plugin

Is there a 3ds Import Plugin for Maya 5 yet? If so who's got one I can have??

Yes there is! Go to this URL:

Then Choose Maya Plugins and whatever platform you use and choose the bonusTools5(platform).* file. Within this *.zip or *.sit file you will find the 3dsImport.mll which is all you need.

Please bear in mind that it is not supported though! But it seems to work like a charm user added image
