Hi ,
I'd like some feedback on the skin, tips on maps: Bump, specular...
It's my first Character.

not bad - though there are definitely some problem areas in the modelling. The main areas that stand out for me are the inner corners of the eyes, which are far too high and the mouth which doesn't have much shape to it - I think you need to think about how the upper lips overlap the bottom lip at the corners. Also the nose needs some work - it just looks a little thin and the nostrils look like they need more mass.

I like how you have done the hair and the skin. I don't know much about maps, so I can't really offer much advice there. Posting a wire would be helpful.
