apache_helicopter

I just purchased and downloaded the apache helicopter tutorial. Im at the beginning of the first video when he says to go into the extra folders, grab refplanes.mel and place it into the scripts folder of my maya project. I looked through all my downloads and in my xtras folder the only thing contained is a kbBlur2d.mel. Is it possible to download the refplanes.mel file somewhere on this site so that I can use it for my tutorial?

Actually I just read in another thread that peoples mel scripts are never included. I dont know much about mel script yet, I dont even take my first mel script class until next year. But do I need that mel script for this tutorial? Its the refplanes.mel file.

you dont actually need the mel script to complete the tutorial , all it does is create a plane for each reference view and put the image on the plane and then put the reference planes on a layer automatically.
you can do it manually but KB kindly uploaded it here for download heres the link https://www.simply3dworld.com/downloa...downloadid=133

Thanks, I went ahead and was watching it and saw he was using mel script for the image planes but I was hoping to get the ref planes because Im wanting to get comfortable with using mel script so this is perfect. Thanks again.
