Cloth Challenge Aarrggghhhh

Well, I am buiding a fully dynamic tent. I got my poles all connected with dynamic ropes, springs and etc.. This tent will be covered with Maya Cloth. The way i thought about it was to create the ropes as a straight for the 1st frame which would be calculated after i hit play anyway then using these rope lines as a refrence build my cloth lines and transfrom constrain my cloth to the extruded ropes from my rope lines..user added image well it should make sense... to explain the situation i put an image here for u guys... The problem was transform constrained locators were not staying on the rope which was bending but locators were staying straightuser added image anyway so i thought if i create clusters on the vertices where i want cloth to follow the rope, i would be able to solve my problem... but didnt try this yet and it means many numbers of clusters and too much work...user added image so i hope i explained my problem good enough... pls help meee pleaseeeee

It almost looks as though your cloth object is not tesselated enough maybe?

so it would then break, and loose the constraign?

..hmmm, not sure here....
