you can use "Layout UVs" command so that everything is placed within the 1-1 UV space without having to move UVs. you can set the spacing between pieces....and you can keep the ralative distances of ur UVs. user added image

Very Nice, Dae... user added image Did you do all the textures by yourself??? The designs are great.
