btw there are like 500+ people on motorbikes following the bus.
Now the bus crossed very long bridge. There were tons of motorboats, jet skis, fishing boats following the bus...incrediblr pictures.

COME ON PORTUGAL!!!!

lamentably it seemed that there was no way of penetrating the greeks tight rear...

dang, it looked they where more than 11 user added image

that and a bit of luck in a corner and bang, youre the champion....

i said at the beginning that this yer they looked stronger than ever... but they didnt deserved to win the euro... which confirms that luck is on the side of the "d????"

+ dig out my CD collection of "FADO" (sad Portuguese folkmusic) it's so beautifull but EXTREMELLY sad > melancholy and depressing :-(

I am still in shock I cannot beleive this. The one and only chance they get and it was a goal. Man, this is hard to swollow. I counted the guys in the back line at the begining of the match and they had six guys.

Anyways, we had our chances to score but could not finish. well, next up is world cup.

hey slick, on the way to the bar before the match I was listening to my Robert Leal music which is very up beat traditional Portuguese music. On the way home also took out my Fado. Dolce Pontes and some Amalia Rodrigues.

The mood was still good here in little Portugal. After the game the streets got shut down and people were singing and chanting

Roach man it was Rui Costas last ever international match.
What is it with Portugal man!!! why do they always choke when it really counts???
They kind of lost the mental battle even before the match.

You could see on the their faces. How can they let teams sneak up on them so many times...don't they learn???

AWESOME! The best side won! attacked when they had to and defended like kings, at one time greece where 1-0 up and where attacking with 8 players so I dont tink they where that defensive, infact they had better chances then porto.

Im actually suprised the goal stood as the keeper was within 4 feet of a player LOL
