Fish animation

can anybody help me to rig and animate a gold fish.
if you suggest me any link of tutorial.that would also help me a lot.

Animating a fish's basic movement is pretty easy.

Go into the Animation menu set, and click on Deform>Create nonlinear>Sine.

Now if you open up the attribute editor, and raise the amplitude value, you will see the mesh deform. Rotate the deformer so that it's wagging in the right direction. Then animate the offset. Voila! An animated fish!
