Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Looking good maybe try to put more detail into the face/hands. But to make it amazing you'd have to put her riding the broom :p

I like the overall body shape, nice and simple but easy to recognise as a witch user added image
next step is to play with shaping those hands a little more
