Water

Hey guys/gals,
Im a little new at this program and im learning but i was wondering how I make water for say...to put in a glass. If any one can help me or has the time it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much,

read your help files (f1). To put it in a glass, it should tell you there too, probably something with particles user added image.. Can anyone answer this better user added image.
