Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

how do i fix: UI

The menu that is in the view window, where you turn on hardware rendering? somehow that got turned off in my maya 4.0, how do i turn it back on?

go to :
window>setting/pref>preferences>
in the categories section, click on interface>
and check ON the "show menu bar `In Panels` tab
