Edge Flow

I'm really new to Maya and well 3d all together. This is my first attempt at a human face withe proper edge flow. Please critic and tell me where I have gone wrong. Thanks ahead of time!

First things first, I think you need to get yourself some reference to model from, as its clear from this you arent using any. Generally the edge flow for a first attempt is actually pretty good. I suggest you head over to the Topology thread and take a look there and pick peoples brains and such over the working methods for characters.

Actually it was using one except they were really messed up and i was trying to fix it... I have had a hard time finding good reference images. Is their a vault full of them somewhere?
